Password Reset/Account Locked: If your account becomes locked you will see the message “Your account is locked, contact your administrator” on the login page. If you have forgotten your password or your account is locked, submit a Password Reset Request
form to regain access to PIM. A new password will be sent to the account owner within 3 hours.
